Our commitment
We believe good design is accessible design. We want everyone who visits our site to be able to find information, understand it, and get in touch with us easily.
Conformance target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive and other disabilities. We test our site against these standards as we build and update it.
What we do to support accessibility
• Use semantic structure and headings so pages can be navigated with assistive technology
• Aim for sufficient colour contrast between text and its background
• Provide text alternatives for images and icons that carry meaning
• Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements such as the menu and the FAQ
• Respect the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system
• Use readable font sizes and spacing, and layouts that adapt to your screen size and zoom level
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Our inquiry form is embedded from a third-party provider (ClickUp) and we do not fully control its markup. Some decorative animations and pixel-art illustrations may not have text equivalents where they carry no information. Older content may not yet meet our current standard. We are working to address these.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) and with common assistive technologies. It may not work well with browsers that are more than a few versions old.
Feedback and help
If you encounter a barrier on our site, or you need information from it in a different format (for example large print, plain text, or a document sent by email), please contact us at raelenelizabeth@hunni.digital. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the problem you experienced.
We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you to provide the information or service you need.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review the site periodically, and we consider accessibility whenever we add or change content.
